It's not as cheap as Penang, but the food served here is decent with good selection of Penang delicacies.
Recommended dishes: FKT, Chee Cheong Fun, Hokkien Mee
A place that gathered Penang’s famous street food from different places in Penang, all under one roof: making it easier for the local KL folks to savour the northern delicacies comfortably and also lessen the cravings of Penangite from missing their local delights perhaps
www.broughtup2share.comThe feast ended with a refreshing dessert of Chilled Fragrant Pear with Aloe Vera and Sea Olive in Longan Syrup. I absolutely adore the lovely pear and aloe vera bits. I highly recommend this!
www.rebeccasaw.comThe interior design of the cafe. The owner creatively decorates the wall with Street names of those famous foods originated from. The owner claims that all the foods are imported from Penang daily, to retain the true flavour!
www.nikelkhor.comReally fell in love with this place and definitely, me and my family will be hanging out very often at this place.
www.greentearedbean.comThe place claims to have all the Penang Food goodies, and I have tried them: it's decently good, something to come back for. The Chee Cheong Fun have the black prawn sauce (har kou), the Fried Kway Teow is not bad (could be better) and the Penang Hokkien Mee (like Prawn Mee Soup) is nice. The Nya Kuih is quite interesting (would be better if they don't serve it in take-away plastic container) The deco is alright, might be slightly under-staffed for weekend's dinner rush. Prices: * Chee Cheong Fun: RM 3.30 * Laksa Siam: RM 8.50 * Nya Kuih: RM 3 * Soya Bean Milk: RM 3
