www.choiyen.comPin Xiang is famous for its crabs, and that evening we had not one crab dish, but two different dishes with a truckload of crabs in it. I'm glad to say the crab dishes here really lived up to their top dish of Pin Xiang as it came out perfectly cooked. The Butter Crab had this creamy butter sauce which were perfect to be dipped with the Fried Mantao.
