It is a mix review from diners as some say it good some say it on par. For me it is decent enough.

The Thai restaurant was dimly lit and along with pretty candles that created an idealistic and dreamy atmosphere, we find it romantic :) Suitable for an evening party catered for conversations! Tables were adorned with daisies and glasses wrapped up beautifully with banana leafs. Elephant icons such as paintings and toys were also found smartening up the place. They only serve set lunch for lunch time and ala carte only for dinner.
Fast and friendly service and good tasty food.
it’s somewhat cozy yet stylish restaurant. The menu is gorgeous, with very deliciously shot images of their dishes.I guess Tapas must be one of their speciality here since there’s quite a range of it, from Lamb Meatball to Thai Chicken with Pumpkin There are monthly promotions plus special discounts for students and senior citizens.
The tagline of Food Foundry is "Your Neighborhood Food Provider". They are serving wide variety of food to patrons in their menu in both Western and Asian. I love the mile crepes where is not too creamy and less sweet. Go to the site to read more.
Butter + Beans @ Seventeen is the new cosy home for coffee made from exquisite beans and buttery pastries. Delight your sense with affordable yet rich coffee available at one of the cosiest corner of Section 17. We also offer freshly baked pastries made with no preservatives and additives, so you can enjoy a bit of butter and not worry about it!
Have the feeling that coffee back in Butter + Beans at Seventeen PJ tastes much better, but we do like Butter + Beans Jalan Doraisamy for its wider space, homey design. More comfortable, another worth checking out hidden cafe within the hustle and bustle of KL city.
The restaurant is very well known at Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya for its nasi lemak and steaks. It has been operating since 1992 (i guess) near the road side and now they have move to those shop below the flats.
Nasi lemak...chinese style...with very nice malaysian style chops too
they serve very good food and it is cheap and service is very fast. One of the best in PJ
The food here is good and reasonably priced, I don’t mind coming back to this casual and laid-back cafe to further their menu.
Overall, the food is very decent, and for that kind of prices, I'd gladly come back to try the rest of the menu.
I always like my coffee to have a little hint of bitterness, with the nice smell and smooth milk/ soymilk to blend in.
Quiche is rather nice and simple, definitely fresh and one of a good ones that I have come so far, and to pair along with my coffee is just a lazy coffee break that I am enjoying.
The place being new and all, but we hope that the quality of the food stays this good.
The place also have free WiFi if you wanted to surf the net while having your lunch or while chilling out with your friends. Other than western food they also serve local Asian foods like Fried Rice, Tom Yam Soup and fried noodles. I will be back again to try out their home made beef burger which I saw was really juicy and delicious.
