Koek Kee dim sum has been Sungai Petani since long long time ago. It's a "lao zi hao" (老字号) in Sungai Petani. After so many years, the residents still go back to this restaurant. I overheard a conversation between a group of uncle, they prefer the dim sum here because the the dim sum is delicious and the price is reasonable.

The dim sums are bland. Ordered 5 siew mai and 2 fried dim sum, RM 27 for 2 person. A tad expensive. Irked by the aunty working there who kicks stray cats. Will never go back.

This Nasi Kandar Tomato can be located easily with their big signage along the road. Simple and nice local food. The food is just ordinary but slightly pricy...
They served lunch and dinner here...the seafood is so fresh and the size is much bigger compared to the normal one..
As a whole, with so many unique drinks, this restaurant should be renamed to “drink station”.
it serves fresh prawns, hand-picked from some 300 acres of prawn farm and cooked to your liking!
