Overall Rating: 7/10. The French was good - the dishes that I sampled tonight was delicious. However I felt that the overall experience was lacking in that little warmth that I always look for in a neighborhood restaurant like this. But then again, French cuisine does not spell hearty - it is meant to feel exquisite and elegant.

In the heart of TTDI, nestles a cozy little cafe called Mukha that draws its inspiration from a place of the same name in Yemen where traders from all corners of the world used to meet and trade coffee in the 15th century.
I love how the KL & PJ scene is quickly mushrooming with these indie joints that serves good coffee, comfort food and a cozy environment.

Kulcats Barrio brings you with a great meal in the area. The food menu comes pretty extensive with the variety of choices of delights which includes, milkshakes, smoothy, salad, burgers, pasta and more.
The waffle was amazingly delicious and each mouthful comes divinely delicious which I would give a two thumbs up for this.
You will be served with an amazing dinner. Heard that Hoofed serves amazing porky dishes especially this devil’s hair pasta.
Reason to visit: Quality cuisine and drinks; reasonable prices; chilled out ambience; pork belly; laksa bisque; carrot pappardelle; ratatouille; very affordable house wine.

Overall Rating: 7/10 for the coffee only. Not entirely amazed by its cakes and pastries selection.
The co owner, Ajid, was a Chef for the Queen Elizabeth II for nearly 20 years. Great meals with great price.
The place is not as brightly-lit up like TDH or Sids; but importantly, the place is cosy enough to hold a good and long conversation... and they serve you some Strongbow/Guinness/Kilkenny or Tiger beer too.
