I have to admit that it was excellent! The bowl of dried 'Spring Noodles' comes with some char-siew, 2 pieces of dumpling with century eggs, roasted pork, 'tofu-pok', fish balls and garnished with some fried shallots and spring onions.
All items were so fresh. We can even taste the 'sweetness' of the shellfish that were blanched lightly.
Well, should I revisit Sandakan in future, I will definitely visit and dine here!!
Overall, I think it's great to try out different things as we encounter them from time to time.
餐厅位于沙巴山打根, 其中一家酒店(Nak Hotel)的顶楼。在喧闹的城市里找到一个这样悠闲和优美的餐厅,绝对是假日的好去处。一面听着餐厅里的爵士音乐, 一面享受美食,再加上大自然的凉风, 绝对可以消除你一天的身心疲劳! 这里除了美食,傍晚时分也可以看见一颗很漂亮的“咸蛋黄” (日落),再配上山打根的无敌大海景,真是人生一大享受!
Fish head noodle. The fish are fresh and the soup are cooked with evaporated milk and salted vege.
The seafood restaurants here mostly are pork free. Since the seafood are so cheap and fresh why you still need pork?
