The kitchen is still helmed by Chef Lam Fai, a native of Hong Kong. So, according to the chef, “Ding Ding” is an area in Hong Kong that’s abundant with freshwater fish, hence the inspiration to use such fish in the steamboat here.
Restoran Jin Xuan Hong Kong definitely one of few restaurant that furnish a snap into my mind when come to din sum.
Still a better choice for dim sum, hits and misses but generally the food is not bad and prices are affordable.
In short, it does serves as a good snack to munch on, just don’t compare to avoid disappointment.
Impressive and stylish dining area with 10 stalls and 3 mini restaurants, offering both international and local cuisine
There were some hits and misses but I think Private Kitchen still a decent place to have some special crafted Hong Kong style Cantonese cuisines.
The ala carte menu have lots of HK styled meals or snack cater to your needs.
fast served! and reasonable price! i ordered set meal
This is by far the most worth-eating Hong Kong sytle restaurant. The food is quite tasty, Cosy chairs & a warm ambiance makes this place a very comfortable place to dine in.
Dinner at Food & Tea
Wong Kok Char Chan Teng is a nice place to hang out for its Hong Kong style food and environment. It does make you feel like you are dining in Hong Kong in some ways

Lucky Dessert indeed did not compromise on the quality of the ingredients used in their desserts, which is good news for those who go for quality.
