Been a regular to Canton I at Mid-Valley every time we visited KL over recent years. About 2 years ago we spotted a rat/mouse running along a wall in the dining area. The manager laughed it off and said we could have a free dessert on our next visit, which happened to be last night. Let me be kind and say simply say that I would have to be paid to eat at this horrid restaurant ever again. The food was sub-standard for the prices charged and the service provided by long-faced personnel (including the manager) made it a dinner best forgotten.
Went to Canton-i to have prawns again. Brocoli and prawns at MYR32+ (10% service charge, MYR35.20 nett). The prawns (6) are fresh and juicy but I did not like the gravy that coated all the prawns so the search continues
muntalksfood.blogspot.comCanton-I is just like any other Hong Kong style’s restaurants, offers mainly Hong Kong delicacies such as roasted pork, barbecue pork, wanton noodle and etc. At Canton-I, you can find roasted duck too. I ordered the Shrimps Wanton Noodle and I tried to compare it with the few wanton noodles that I have tried in Hong Kong. The number of shrimps wanton is the same as the normal wanton noodle that we can find in Hong Kong. Four pieces of big shrimps wanton. It was fresh, crispy and well tasted.
Recommended dishes: Wanton mee, roasted pork, barbecue pork, porridge

liyenz.wordpress.comOverall, dinner here was not bad, despite that the saltiness level is very high to my liking.
annna.netOverall, not quite like the dishes and quite pricy.

wordspics.comThe bill came out to RM 36.35 inclusive of a glass of filtered water and a 10 + 5. Kinda expensive considering the choice of food we ordered as there are a few more eateries in the same mall that offers something similar at a lower price as mentioned earlier but we were extremely pleased with the service of the staffs.
