Restoran Nyonya Makko serves really good nyonya food. I know there are many others out there but I managed to try this one first! Actually, I noticed every table the orders taken are almost similar. It's like these are the main few recommendations for every tourists that walks in. Hence the taking order part was fast and swift, the serving was pretty quick and served together. It's like they know what we're going to order already. My total bill came up to RM161.75 for 4 pax. Okay~lah for the portion and the meals were almost satisfying except for the fish dish... I should've have tried "Assam Fish" instead! Btw, I can't stand spicy meals, but the dishes here weren't so spicy. It was just right for me. For spicy lovers (like my mom & my hubby) it was more flavorful then spicy to them lolx...

sweet-blessingz.blogspot.myOverall the food is just average, wasn't up to our standard for Nyonya food. The price was slightly lower than Cottage Spices but taste wise is incomparable.
sufentan88.blogspot.comAlthough I have visited Melaka a few times, I have not really had any authentic Nyonya food. We took a drive around town and saw this restaurant. We decided to give them a try. The exterior was done up to imitate a the front of a traditional Peranakan house, complete with a pair of paper lanterns hanging on both sides. Even the interior sported black and white photos tastefully displayed in wooden photo frames. Marble top tables were flanked by wooden chairs with rattan weaving.

chryshijing.blogspot.com.auThis is our second time eating at this restaurant. Ordered more or less the same dishes that we had before coz found that the food here is good.
www.smallkucing.comIt is not a bad restaurant if you like Nyonya food that badly. This restaurant was quite crowded even on weekdays. Very amazing. One thing is the fact is everyone is there for their cendol.
chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.comFood was not bad. Service was fast.
www.smallkucing.comChicken casserole with salted brown-bean sauce usually served with potatoes...I think they pre-cooked this dishes and served by heating it. The taste is not that nice anymore.
foodtobuzz.blogspot.com整體來說﹐對第一吃娘惹餐的他們來說挺失望的﹐食物沒水準 service又差.
