虽说这已经不是第一家出现在槟城的炒冰淇淋公司，但Pink Elephant的甜品，较倾于泰式炒冰淇淋和泰式奶茶。
The coconut jelly is nicely stacked and store in a fridge to maintain the freshness. As there’s no preservatives added, this coconut jelly can only last for maximum 4 days.
I like that they do not put in any preservatives inside the coconut jelly.
It does not have a glamorous set up, just like any Ice Cream parlour in the malls- a simple displaying fridge with a couple of tables and some chairs. With 16 flavors in total, one could take some time to decide on what to order (though they do not come cheap), a place where Ice Cream aficionados would not want to miss.

Coffee lovers might want to go for their Affogato (Rm 13.50) or to further garnish with Organic Cotton Candy. The pleasant tartness of the fine coffee counterbalanced the richness and sweetness of the soft serve. However, my favorite of the evening goes to Organic Mixed Grains.
Personally, we find it reasonable considering the quality of ice cream we are getting.

Lorong Macalister Old couple's cendul is cheaper with RM2.00 per bowl. I like this version. Not too waterly and still can feel the ice. Credit go to the red bean. It is delicious but did they ROAST the red bean?? How come taste so good and special!!
