R Cheng signature is steam tilapia with wanton noodle. 6 flavours available. We opt for ginger garlic, dry soy sauce and tomyum. The small size fish will steam together with the QQ noodle. One fish plus one portion noodle is steam in a big stainless steel plate and it is enough for one person.
Just the garnishing alone is so tasty.... I can even finish one fish by myself...!
