The truly original Teluk Pulai Bah Kut Teh
Has good dried bak kut teh. Better than the soupy ones.
During our last makan trip to Klang, a Klang native recommended us to try Kee Heong Bak Kut Teh in Taman Eng Ann. This is where she would bring her KL friends to enjoy this staple, mainly because of their great consistency in maintaining the food quality
Tried the weekday set lunch. The food was quite good but the portion was too small for lunch.
well I think I should just stick to the normal wantan mee in future and forget about the curry version!
A seafood restaurant that offers a wide array of dishes Mei Keng Fatt in Ampang serves very good quality seafood and the price is very reasonable too.
Mei Kheng Fatt Seafood Restaurant, Ampang (Take 2)
We have to defy the saying that Chow Kiat's one of the best BKT in Klang, at least not for us who have very narrow preferences when it comes to this signature food of Klang.
The foreign workers at the shop are good and efficient with their services from the order to preparing the pre-cooked Bak Kut Teh. I shall be back even though the price is a bit costly.
The Bak Kut Teh came in two types – the dry and the soup based.
One of the thing I like about Klang BKT is that the soup is very nice and you can ask for soup refill for FREE.
Variety of cooked Chinese dishes served
Stir fried potato leaves with garlic, simple yet delicious.
The place is kinda hard to find if no assistance from locals or GPS.
