Many KLites and Selangorians purposely make trips to Klang for this dish and everyone would have their personal favourite restaurant. My personal favourite is Restoran Weng Heong in Taman Intan.
A place to spend with family or a group of friends. Even is romance for couple. Food are taste good and the shop had the standard of korean feel.
肉 骨 茶 bakuteh, or directly translated as pork bone tea, is a deliciously aromatic pork soup stwed with herbs and other ingredients. This dish originated from Klang where it was the staple food labourers working in Port Klang. Jalan Batai Laut 3, Kawasan 16, Taman Intan, 41300 Klang.
The BKT here is slightly more concentrated as compared to my mum's version. hehehe..
Taste-wise, this is slightly more mild than that of their other competitors like Teluk Pulai, the price was rather affordable as well considering we had 5 people all-in-all. A nice place to have your Bak Kut Teh when one is sick and tired of squeezing with the crowd.
The signature cantonese fried yee mee, the presentation is superb but the taste is not outstanding as I thought.
Fong Chuan's speciality lies in its variety of claypot porridge.
