The taste of assam laksa is ok. I think if it is a bit "spicier and more sourish"... it would taste better.
Highest quality ingredients from area producers and their gourmet popcorn in old-fashioned copper kettles were hand crafted. The old recipe and quality from then are still maintained until today.
Met a friend at KLCC for a catch up chat so we went to Du Viet where it is nice and quiet. I ordered a plate of mixed rolls to share at MYR23.90+ (10% service charge, MYR26.30 nett). Quite tasty.
Overall Rating 6/10 for the food, environment and location. The selection of disehs was enough but lacking of typical and popular Malay street food like Ayam percik, Nasi Kerabu, Bubur kacang on the menu and considering the price per head for this buffet spread, I reckon they can expand the menu selection. If memory serves me right, it cost Rm99++ per head.
I personally like watermelon very much. Watermelon combine with lychee gave you a refreshing taste. Sweet watermelon with strong lychee fragrance.Nice!
