www.snowman1314.comThose that work around KLCC, I am pretty sure that you are very familiar with this restaurant Imperial Chakri Palace as they have been a strong Thai Food establishment for quite some time already.
www.taufulou.comLooking for a spot to berbuka puasa this Ramadan at Suria KLCC? Why not drop by Imperial Chakri Palace Thai Restaurant to savour their authentic Thai and local favourites buffet spread. They have other outlets at Pavilion and Alamanda Putrajaya as well.
www.isaactan.netEnd the meal with one of the must-try Thai desserts in Chakri Palace- Tab Tim Krob.
www.malaysianflavours.comA must to order for me when I am visiting a Thai Restaurant would be their Traditional Pandan Chicken. The minced chicken is being wrapped with the pandan leaf and being fried till perfection. The aromatic pandan taste is infused into the chicken itself leaving us with the flavourful chicken taste in it as well as the moist texture.
www.malaysianfoodie.comI was looking for a good meal to treat myself yesterday and walked past Chakri and saw their "best Tom Yam in Town" poster. I was attracted but I went and surveyed other restaurants. I then decided I will go for Chakri because I had a good meal there some years back. Boy was I sorry I did! The place is too dark for my liking, and it feels like they are trying to save on electricity rather than to create a cosy ambience. Secondly I ordered a tiger prawn tom yam and a green curry beef. They later came back and said the green curry was not available. WHAAaatttt???!! Which self-respecting Thai restaurant can run out of a staple of green curry? It's just paste!!!! So i changed to red curry beef. The tom yam came and immediately I wasn't impressed. There's no proper soup spoon, and the prawn was not fresh (grainy and mushy texture, not springy). And definitely over-cooked. Taste was average only, nowhere near the best in town. Then the real shocker of the night: the rice! It wasn't Thai fragrance rice!!!!!!!!##^$#%$##%$#@ I just can't believe it! Chakri Palace in KLCC??????? Not only did they not serve fragrant rice, the rice they gave me was fantastically poor in quality!! The red curry tasted quite good but the beef was hard and tough as cardboard. My bill came to RM70+ in all, a truly expensive meal for close to a seriously sub-standard meal. If they didn't advertise their special chefs and brag about their food at the doorway, perhaps I'd have given another star reluctantly. Those who give this place a positive review either have poor taste buds, don't care much about good food or are not familiar with the high quality of Thai food available in KL. I'm a local Chinese-Malaysian who loves Thai food an I think it's a disgrace what these folks are putting out!

Stupidly over-priced and super disappointing
Overall Rating: 6.5/10 for the green curry and stuffed crab. Overall, the food was pretty decent but I'm still leaning towards the likes of My Elephant.
spicysharon.blogspot.comWe like the salad, for it is simple but unique in its own way.
summerkid123.blogspot.comTis' the season to be jolly, Christmas is near, as restaurants everywhere come up with their unique Christmas food menu. This time around, I was invited for a taste of Imperial Chakri Palace Suria KLCC's turkey themed thai christmas delights. Located on the 4th floor of Suria KLCC, the restaurant itself looks rather cozy.
www.isaactan.netChakri serves one of the best Tab Tum Krob in town, not only in taste, but also the presentation.
summerkid123.blogspot.comThe place was starting to fill up and we quickly requested for a better lit table near the entrance. The menu was extensive but there were several items that were not available for the day. Nevertheless, we skimmed through the menu and placed an order before more people started ordering!
