I personally love the clear broth that is full of flavour. The 'fish balls' are made of mixture of fish and eels (鳗鱼), therefore you may notice that it may not be as 'bouncy' / 'chewy' as the ones made from 'ikan parang' (wolf herring aka 西刀鱼).
ojsiew.blogspot.comIt was well known for it home made fish ball and the delicious clear soup. A bowl of Koay Teow Thng that consist of fish ball, pork meat, vegetable and pork lark is not quite enough to fill up your tummy, so we had 2 bowls.
www.cquek.comI think this is by far the best kuey teow th'ng I have ever had in Penang.
ojsiew.blogspot.comWe ordered 'Kuey Teow Th'ng' with add-ons.. hehehe.. (we had additional fishballs, intestines, minced pork sheets and duck gizzard). I think this is by far the best kuey teow th'ng I have ever had in Penang. I have to say that I have not been to all the Penang 'Kuey Teow Th'ng' places, but this is so far my favourite.... among all the ones that I have been'. It really made my day!!.....
ojsiew.blogspot.my哦还有,听说这里是槟州首长爱光顾的店铺之一。想碰碰运气一睹他的风采不如就往这里多跑几趟吧。
sunflowerfarm84.blogspot.comAnother of their best seller is their Passion Fruit tea, as I observe many people order this.
www.taufulou.comAs for me, I would definitely go for their Soup version for the tasty broth and smoother texture.
www.kenhuntfood.comPenang Pitt Street Koay Teow Thng is one of the favorite for Penang people even our Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has visited this shop before, it was ......

www.tasteiest.comEither soup or dry, the noodle tastes great. But if you are opting for the dry one you should be glad to know that they use a high grade of dark soy sauce to flavor the noodles. If you ask me, I would prefer the dry version more because I am able to taste the smoothness of the koay teow better somehow.
