Their specialties are their soup bases- Nyonya Assam Pedas and Tom Yum which are carefully designed to suit the locals' palates. Wallet-friendly, ample parking space, worth-trying soup bases, aplenty choices are some of the reasons why this place is worth a look.
Shredded omelette, shredded crab meats and fried shallots accompanied with an abundant serving of popiah fillings are served in a warm gravy with robust crab flavour. A scrumptious seafood popiah where you would find it interesting to be tasted.
Seafood popiah with crab meat as ingredient causing us to have more bites and it's definitely delicious. Apart from that, the pasembur (made of bean sprouts, prawn fritters and crunchy, fried dough fritters which are topped with sweet and slightly spicy sauce) is one of the famous food here.
We visited their branch at Garden Inn, the place has the perfect setting and ambiance for friends to catch up; though seats are pretty limited. The menu is not too extensive either, but more than sufficient for a light lunch or casual meet ups with friends.
They have 3 main food dere thats de Koay Teow Th'ng, Penang Laksa as well as the Curry Mee. All so yummy and the Curry Mee is from the Lorong Seratus Tahun.
My first action was to test out the soup.. hmm.. it was flavourful.. not bad.. that was what I had in mind!

Xin He Cafe's Duck Meat Koay Teow Th'ng (Rm 3 for small, Rm 4 for large) comes in a clear broth which was lightly seasoned, it was light and easy on the palate. No, not that broth did not register any flavors at all but it carries a very mild meaty flavor as compared to others.
Quite full during first visit. Will try their noodles, porridge, and roasted duck/pork in future.
Overall, I won’t think too highly of Zim Sum Tea Garden. The dim sum taste mediocre although they look really good.

On average, I would give this place.
You sit everywhere ... in the coffee shop and if there are not tables there, then on the pavement in front of other shops.
