Nice place, very good ambience and I love the decor in the restaurant. Here, the service and food quality is good.
Do you have this question when going to Queensbay - “What should I eat in Queensbay?”. It is not because the restaurants are limited, but cheap labor like me can’t afford most of the restaurants there.
The food at Tsurukame Shabu-shabu is way overpriced and the choices are very limited. The food items were made with low quality meat and they don't even taste fresh. They hire waiters/waitresses who don't seem to understand the customers' needs. The ice container hasn't been washed for years and you can see mold spreading on the lid. I will NEVER visit this place again.
Okomen Japanese Restaurant specialized in Okonomiyaki and Ramen which is a newly open restaurant in Queensbay Queenstreet located just beside Taiwan Bull.

Recently I've had my fair share of trips down to my hometown Penang, and on one of those weekend trips, we found ourselves dining at Foong Yuen Chinese Restaurant in Bayan Lepas area. Now this restaurant wasn't new to me, as I have dined several times before in the past with fellow colleagues.
Thw Soup of the day is creamy mushroom soup and it is cooked with sliced mushroom and small chunky potato with herbs. The mushroom soup are creamy and delicious.The Pan Fried Talapia Fish Fillet is served with two thick sliced of fish with butter lemon sauce and mashed potato. The fish itself are fresh and even tastier when dipped with the butter lemon sa.
Crab Yolk Congee is one of my favourite dish from this chinese restaurant. sweet and lovely!
It should be a good place to bring foreigners/visitors for local cuisine. Good thing is that the waitresses worked in professional manner even at peak hour. The Deep Fried Trotter in Thai Style was delicious. Will visit it again when someone treating.
