Verdict: Recommended by a Penangite foodie, I believe the authenticity of the food is there. This place definitely not bad to assuage one’s yearning for Penang street food.
The place for true COFFEE LOVERS Specialty coffee at affordable price -----> WHITE Blend (Brazil Cerrado Sul de Minas + Indonesian Sumatra Aceh Takengon) & BLACK Blend (Seasonal)
I usually don't visit cafe nearby my house due to personal presumption of "things that are generally nearby your house isn't really good" - which is a wrong mindset to have, until one fateful day that I have decided to pay Brew & Bread a good visit. Brew & Bread has been operating more than 6 years ago and still counting... Today, they are one of the best cafe in Klang Valley that could serve good brunch as well as specialty coffee to the market.
I enjoyed the nicely fried thin golden skin of the chicken but the rest of the elements were quite lost in the mismatched serving.
The chili dip/sambal was a bit of a let down. Yet the noodle dishes were nicely prepared and tasty.
The chili dip/sambal was a bit of a let down. Yet the two types of hand made noodle dishes were beautifully plated and tasty I must say. Pleasant owner and pleasant customer service.
Bringing to your town a popular cuisine from Bretagne in Northwestern region of France "the Crêpe", served with a variety of fillings.
For us, there wasn't anything to speak highly about. But if you love crepes, you will enjoy your meal in this cafe.
Dotz Cafe, a little cafe hiding in Kota Kemuning. They has been in the business for a few years, but I only made it there last month. Well, K. Kemuning is far from where I usually hang out. But I can say it's a neighbourhood cafe to the community, friendly and cosy.
Haechi is manned by Korean folks who have resided in Kota Kemuning for more than five years. The boss is an amiable guy who runs the restaurant upfront while his wife leads the backstage kitchen.
There's sure a wide selection of healthy dishes and I have a certain liking for broth with Chinese herbs. so the soup was perfect in taste.
In-house's signature Sauna Stone Bowl (RM9.90 for vege, RM12.90 for fish OR chicken). You can choose to savour it with brown rice, pumpkin noodles or rice noodles. Being served in a stone bowl, it is certainly sizzling hot and tongue-burning. While it may appear very plain and dominated by greens and other vegetables, the soup is rather flavourful and it's very appetizing for those who wish to warm their stomachs. The portion is huge too, I don't think any average eater could finish it single-handedly.
The fish ball here made from Ikan Tenggiri. Very spongy and taste fishy. It is high quality.
Our principles in producing fishballs with 100% pure whitefin wolf-herring fish. Even during rainy seasons when this particular fish is out of supply, we would rather take a few days off our business instead of compromising the quality of our fishballs"
It was one of the best nasi goreng belacan, something about the taste of the belacan which made the dish awesomely fabulous. Equally sensational was the hot dog classic.
To our amazement, the pasta turned out to be rather good - sufficiently creamy and flavorful. I kinda like that everything was adequate and the mushroom has its taste shrouding the spaghetti.
Above all, its the plating style which impressed me the most. Of course, credit goes to the fish curry platter.
Food was not too bad and above all, its the plating style which captivated my attention. Of course, credit is also for the customer service.
Ming Tai Hin, unfortunately, wasn't able to impress him with the taro puff, though I find it decently good. The BBQ pork stuffing is saltier than usual but could be refined with more aroma and pronounced flavours.
Dim sum items for lunch quite nice. But don't expect anything drastic. Sort of similar items and taste-wise, same as other Chinese restaurants as well.
While we were aware on the time for the grills, we still felt that we waited longer. The pork ribs were simply divine, I felt the "Oh Yum" factors from the pork ribs; tender meat easily ripped off from the ribs with the tangy subtle sweet sauce sealing in the yummy properties.
Our patience almost dried up because the main dishes didn't appear until we had to ask over and over. Finally after 30 minutes (we were aware of the waiting time as stated at the back of menu) I had the plate of pork ribs in front of me. And another 10 minutes for the plate of cutlets. Hungrily we tucked in. I felt the "Oh Yum" factors from the pork ribs; tender meat easily ripped off from the ribs with the tangy subtle sweet sauce sealing in the yummy properties.
