年初四这一天我们趁着出外到住家附近用餐，便顺道点了一客鱼生解一解瘾。 蒲种的黄明记海鲜餐馆是我蛮喜欢的餐馆之一，这里很多招牌菜都很对味。可惜因为是新年的关系，大厨们把心机都放在新年特色菜式，很多平时吃到的招牌菜都没有，所以这一次点了很多新的菜色，算是在熟悉的餐馆来个大冒险~

Our dinner at Ju Yuan restaurant could be summarized in two words: spicily good.
I didn't expect too much from these kind chain. Otherwise I will be 'upset' with the outcome!
I personally find that the items served are ok... The noodles are very 'chewy' and the gravy for the loh mee was not that thick.. which was acceptable to me!
I would say their Vietnamese dishes taste authentic, fresh and cooking with passionate. Their chef and staff were from Vietnam. We were quite satisfied with our meal. Staffs were attentive and helpful. Although they don't have fancy decoration but this shop was surrounding with authentic Vietnamese ambiance and food. Will back again to try out the remaining dishes! =)
Since every burger we tried was pretty great on its own, I am going to start with our unanimously favourite burger – Permaisuri @ RM11.50.
