I love this cooling bowl of cendol. It has just the right sweetness, and coconut milk thickness, and the best of all, the shaved ice that doesn't melt so quickly.
My 1st visit to Nando's was not really pleasant, as I found the chicken a bit too 'salty' to my taste!
This restaurant is situated on the second floor of Citrus Park, located next to Halo Café (海螺民歌餐厅). They serve quite a large variety of food. Their service was quite fast and speedy.
Wong Kok Char Chan Teng (旺角茶餐厅)
This Loi Fatt Fatt being introduce by Jenny which they served bitter gourd noodle and some other delicacies. This time we ordered some dishes and rice.
The soup itself is very aromatic and full of flavour. Very porkishly delicous indeed. The mince pork which is my absolute must have when I go here is extremely tender, smooth and tasty.
Pork Noodles @ Sun Sea Restaurant
Curry noodles with thick and spicy but not hot burning gravy with strong and appealing aroma topped with BBQ pork, shredded chicken, cockerels and bean sprouts.
Our chicken chop (with a glass of complimentary ice lemon tea) costs RM9.90 which I think is 'value for money'.
I had 1 serving of rice noodle rolls @ RM 1.40 together with a piece of fu pei (bean curd skin) & a piece of dao fu pok (fried puffy bean curd) @ RM 0.60 each. I had some green chili pickles to go with it. What a combo!
Char siu was so-so to me although sweet. As for the wantan, it's not bad afterall.
I had brown rice with stir-fried french beans, peanuts with tofu-pok & black fungus (mok yee) and also stir-fried yambean (sengkuang). I would say that it's a very dry and 'bland' lunch I had today.
