Overall: 3/5 - The taste formed by coagulation of milk is very strong until you thought they mixed some alcohol in it. The taste is very delightful and I have never taste a cheese that is so original like this. I wish there are some other things for me to dip in it apart of the bread. Quite bored after a while when keep having the same bread to dip in all the time. Nonetheless, this is a must order dish if you are coming here at Edelweiss Cafe.

I like the noodles served there, but it is just that I am the kind of person who loves to explore other eateries.

Since I was still quite full, we shared a Tuna Sandwich, which was quite good. The bread was lightly toasted and the filing was cheesy. Although my cup of Mocha was not 'strong' but the ambiance in this cafe was so relaxing.

Great value for the price. ... We like the comfortable couches, plushy pillows, spacious seating and brightly lit interior, as though it exudes the warmth of home.

Colonial restaurant is also an old dilapidated building which had since been renovated and put on a new coat of paint. The owner of this restaurant also owned and managed Fisherman Grill in Sungai Ara, Hai Beng Coffee Shop and Lor Mee at Jones Road Shop and the Kuan Yim Theng Lor Mee stall at Goddess of Mercy Temple. The food served in the restaurant are of Hainanese style, they have ala carte and set menu.

虽然名香泰之前有两家分店，店面也试图仿造传统气 氛，可是总比不上这家分行的自然美。看看他们的历史，再吃到他们可口的糕点，再配合老房子的气氛，那种感觉总是与众不同。

This stall is run by 2 elderly ladies. The Koay Teow Teng come with 4 pcs of fish ball, thinly slice duck meat and pork. The fish ball taste good. It’s hand made by the stall owner. The soup base is cooked with chickens, therefore it tasted sweet.
