I am certainly satisfied with this homecook recepi version place, although the price is slightly more than any average “Tai Chow” in KL yet its still worth to spend it.
LOKL is a neighbourhood cafe in the historic heart of KL. We serve espressos and local coffee, hot sandwiches with a local twist, and cakes and pastries.
Food was exceptionally good even for lunch set, while the cafe was buzzing with people, but they came in small portion. I still felt hungry afterwards lol.

Nasi Briyani Tajudin. Location refer to map. The bast rice in town. Cheapest in town. Only RM5 and you will fully satisfied with the rice, chicken and sauce. Highly recommended eat with hand rather than using spoon. You will have different kind of feeling.
Very fine porridge texture and has a sweetened taste. Fish porridge - the fish used are very fine sliced of raw fish which will be cook once you dip it or pour it in the “boiling” porridge. Pork intestine porridge - ask for additional minced pork balls or deep fry intestine! Chicken porridge - steamed chicken with oyster sauce (ask for more gravy so that u can mix it in the porridge) If possible, get a seat near to the stall as this can get you served earlier.
Loa Yau Kee Porridge. Only operate at night. Morning the stall will be selling famus beef noodle. I like their white porridge very much. Its tasty and smooth. Plus their serve the ingredient separately. If you ask for fish porridge, you will get 1 plate of raw fish slices. The best part is cheap. RM5~6 only
The ambiance is cozy and quite romantic, while the quality of food would impress any guest.
Most of the knick knacks are imported from all over the world (mostly Asia I think) Lots of beautiful pillows, candle holders, lamps, bags, boxes, glasswares, accessories and etc. Peter Hoe Evolution, a nice place to shop and also chit chat over some tea and munchies.
