The real bomb of the day was Kaiserchmarrn, a common shredded Pancakes with Austrian-Germany origin (very rare in Penang though). By the look of it, it gives us a promising fluffy-soft texture; served with home-made Apple sauce.
this elegant, charming restaurant serving ‘the best of Old & New World Cuisine’. The name itself ‘Sire’ lulls one into reminiscing of the old English days when one with power and authority were addressed as such.
哈哈！ 值得推荐就是了！每个人大约平均RM75就可以吃到这么丰盛的一餐了！所以，如果你来到槟城大伯公路，记得过来这家博物院用餐，顺便观赏古董吧！

The Yong Tauhu is nice. I like the fishball that is fresh and bounchy. Mum and sis enjoy the fuchuk very much.
The cafe has a limited menu right now but more dishes are expect to be introduced by their grand opening next month.
The food was served pipping hot; the size was decent for the price we paid (cheaper than what we get at KL) and stuffed generously with fish paste.
