The popiah is the best I've tasted in Penang - tasty with a good balance of fillings. The chilli paste actually makes a presence so there's an oomph to the popiah! I'm not used to the soggy-ness of the popiah but the taste and texture was good enough for me to completely disregard it.

A good place for satisfying cravings for penang chendul, assam laksa, rojak and popiah. The famous chendul is just next door while the assam laksa and rojak could be ordered after seated. Beware if bring in outside food.

It’s a one pot meal which is similar to Chinese Steamboat style of eating. The main ingredient is thinly sliced beef simmered in sukiyaki sauce. Other ingredients such as few types of vegetables, enoki mushrooms, onion, tofu and japanese glass noodles are too put in a pot together with the sukiyaki sauce.
