Taste wise? The Siu Yok Mee is really good which sweet crispy roasted pork and the noodle used is the same as Wan Tan Mee (生面) with some soy sauce and garlic.
www.nickchan.netThe texture is smooth and Q as the raw egg are mixed together and cover the first layer of the rice noodles. It can just slipped through the chopsticks.
hazelnutlife.blogspot.comFried sang Cheung – This dish must try! Really delicious! I Love it very much. Its very springy. The dried shrimp, onion, garlic, chilies really bring out the frangance of the dish. Wish i have a bowl of rice in front of me. Yummy~~
tummyparadiseland.wordpress.comThe food serve in few minutes after we ordered, it was really fast even full of customers. The "Claypot Loh Shi Fun" was really nice, it served with minced meat and raw egg on it and the gravy goes well with the noodle, thumbs up!
