These really sweet crepes bathed in Cajeta sauce - a deliciously sweet, smooth "burnt" milk caramel sauce, provided a really nice sweet end to a good meal out at La Mexicana. The dessert was presented with accompanying walnut topping and flambeed with Tequila.
