Mangotree (The) Restaurant @ Bangsar
At last a cheap Chinese restaurant that has an extensive vegetarian menu alongside a non-veg menu. Great for me (vegetarian) to go to with my meat-loving boyfriend.
Overall, the only offers 14 set meals that make up the whole menu thus lack of variety but the selection offers are quite reasonable as selection of drinks are included.
Admit it, though you love everybody, sometimes you just wish for a quiet time alone with nobody. Me, that covers tucking in at a nice, cozy shop with great accompanying tit bits. Which brought me all the way to The Tea Republic @ 2nd floor in Bangsar Shopping Centre.
These were all our stomachs could handle over lunch, but there is so much more to be tasted: pizzas, pastas, the various Pakistani dishes, Malaysian ‘nasi’ plates, noodles, salads; there is even a great kids menu with all the usual fish fingers, pizzas, and pasta choices to keep small eaters happy.
The wonderfully chic place to chill out with friends and family over cups of tantalizing coffee and delicious healthy food served with a smile.

Auntie Christina’s Sarawak Laksa can be found at Nam Chun Coffee Shop next to the wet market. On top of it is a huge reflexology center.
Highly Recommended if you love Nyonya Kuih. One of the best that I come across.
