The duck thigh noodles in a larger portion was served in short period once we are seated. The herbal broth was very fragrant and rich with ingredients such as dried longan, wolf berries and of course the bigger duck thigh. The tender duck thigh meat was flavorful with a strong herb taste.I opine that the duck thigh noodles here was more scrumptious than the one I ate at Pun Chun Restaurant.
The duck soup came with strong herbs aroma. Smell nice
Mention Bidor and the first image that flashes in my mind is a busy restaurant at the corner of a row of pre-war shophouses situated along a busy street. If I remember correctly, my first visit was in 9-years-old. We were on a holiday to Penang with Grandpa and this restaurant was our toilet stop. This restaurant was non other than Pun Chun Chicken Biscuits & Restaurant. The toilet stop became our lunch and shopping stop, as this is the original restaurant famous for Duck Drumstick Noodle (RM6.50).
The coarse texture of the homemade Loh Shi Fun was excellent and you can feel the taste of rice with every bite and slurp.
