Fancy tasting one of the best Char Siu (Caramelized BBQ Pork) and Siu Yoke (Crackling Roast Pork) in Kuala Lumpur? Then you have to get yourself to Kedai Kopi Tian Hong in Salak South – to be exact, it’s Salak South Industrial Park. Tian Hong’s Char Siu is succulent and caramalised to perfection. The Char Siu sauce that goes with it is just too hard to resist. I usually ask for extra Char Siu sauce to go with my rice. The Siu Yoke is the best tasting roasted pork I’ve ever eaten. Before that, I was never a big fan of Siu Yoke as I hated the porky smell. But after I’ve tasted Tian Hong’s Siu Yoke, I just must have it every time I’m there.
