My favorite was of course the egg tart, which had a warm and flaky crust. The egg custard however, could be more aromatic.
Some bak kut teh shops charge for top-up of soup but not so at Ah Hee, which I thought is a good move.
The restaurant has become a tourist spot.
Eaten here quite a few times during office hour lunch quite a few times about 10 years back, and I would say it is a delightful experience. Nowadays it seems this place is overrun by tourist, not sure it the quality of the food manage to hold up.

Their salads really brightened up our palates and the table, especially the pretty Beetroot Russian Salad (RM16.50) and I love the presentation of their Olivier with Chicken (RM11) and the quaintly-named “Herrings under a Fur Coat”.
