The food is nice and the ambience is good, the freshness of Japanese food worth the money. The Jampagne’s concept is rather different from the normal self service buffet spread.
Can’t tell which one is the best, as all three tasted so good. Love the creaminess of vanilla filling, chewiness of mochi, deep chocolaty of dark chocolate and ice cream wrapped with cheese aroma to every bit.
Chambers Bar & Grill offers an innovative grill menu of prime aged meat cuts or fresh seafood served on skewers cooked “a la minute” over lava stone, charcoal or on our “robatayaki” style grill annexed to the hotel’s stylish main bar & lounge.
Definitely a think-out-of-the-box sweet treat, especially the ice cream. We are not a fan of gingerbread, but the gingerbread infused ice cream is so good. Sweet and exotic flavour, faint hint of spices aroma.
Whether you just head for one, or do what we did and sample everything, Mai Bar-beque tastes great, is in a stunning setting, and is really the perfect way to end a hard day at the office. Their special take on BBQ is available Thursday to Saturday nights, and they tell me they have a rotational menu – definitely looking forward to experiencing new flavours on my next visit.

Surprisingly the roti jala with durian gravy was so good that I even piled on the durian gravy onto my freshly made waffle.
