Food quality was overall impressive and you might want to expect a massive customer traffic during weekends at this cafe, but worry not, their serving speed was unbelievably fast and there will be ample parking spaces around the area (although some walk might be needed).
The restaurant itself is simple and clean, serving western food from a chef that has great passion about cooking.
After drink, you will sleep better :D Nothing beats a glass of warm milk before sleep.

Nasi Kandar Kampung Melayu is located at Kedai Kopi Kampong Melayu, a coffee shop located at the ground floor of a large flat, next to a morning market.

the toast sticks tasted like roti kok (neh those harden sweeten roti), but this is more buttery fragrant and slightly sweeter.
Absolutely my comfort food. It keeps me grounded and reminded me that life is not only about lavish stuff.
IF you are looking for a late night Chinese supper place, its only left a handful place, one which is the famous Green House at Burmah Road and this Air Itam Market although its a bit far but worth the trip.
The food served at Café Cantina is totally different compared to what you get out there. Those dishes are a fusion of Malaysian Chinese, Malay-Chinese Baba Nyonya, Eurasion (Serani) and Thai (southern Thai dishes).

This simple and cheap dish (usually in the range of RM1.20-RM1.50) is widely available throughout Penang and is usually available for breakfast – served with pickled green cut chillies and fried sweet beancurd sticks (‘Teik Ga Kee’ in hokkien)

The prices are very affordable and the best part is there would not be any service charge nor government tax added to your bill. Variety-wise, quite a lot but they are more or less the same, as in most of them are either deep-fried or grilled.
