I find this is a very creative way in serving everything in a rectangular tray. It's like everything is just in a tray! Deep fried fish, clams, tiger prawns, squid, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. These have definitely enhanced the broth to a whole new level. Spicy but addictive.

Yit Hin’s chicken rice, best in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, some say Malaysia According to the onwer of the stall, their chickens are reared using corn in free-range where chickens are permitted to roam freely in the farm. Because of that, the chicken meat is so tender and juicy.
OVER RATED! Definitely not the best in Malaysia nor Port Dickson! Feel cheated!
Heng Kee isn't really a standalone as its neighbouring stall is also well-liked, serving drinks and local desserts such as cendol, bubur cha cha, coconut drink, and sugar cane. Something you should include in your bucket list is the fruit rojak from the stall.

There is this place in Taiping where it serves really good authentic Hainanese food.
Affordable and good food but must remind the chef to control the level of salt when ordering. Will definitely come back if I visit Taiping again.
