I find that this fried koay toew is too wet it could be better if Ah Leng fried it slightly drier....so the next time if you order your char koay teow from Ah Leng you should request it dry.
One thing good though... the restaurant is fully air-conditioned, one needs not to sweat after enjoying a bowl of piping hot Pan Mee.
I believe you can see how much effort been put it to maintain the freshness of the fruit by judging on the amount of ice they have added on. We think fruits are best to go with their original sauce.

Tang Bo Fu actively improving its menu and food quality. Only time will tell whether Tang Bo Fu is able to sustain in this highly competitive dessert industry.
