The entire area was well-designed, with an open-kitchen, a swing and a beautiful garden; exuding a relaxed and laid-back vibe. While the place is fully air-conditioned, it can be rather warm especially in a sultry hot afternoon.
A place good for your daily quick caffeine boost but not the place that you would want to visit in group and chill.
It has a semi-outdoorsy ambiance (not air-conditioned), where one could sit by the bustling Carnavon Street and watch the world goes by. Expect no sophisticated and proper seating at Coffee Addict but classic, old school metal stools and tables.
Nice environment but it would be better if the prices are more wallet-friendly. A decent place if you are looking for a comfortable place for a quick supper.
We were unfortunate, we've only managed to try some of their outsourced cake instead of their freshly cooked dishes. A second visit is required to make further comments.
Their menu is rather straight forward, they have three signature desserts- Bingsu (Korean Shaved Ice), Waffles and Bread/ Toast;
Prices are generally reasonable, though a little higher than those available in hawker centers but what Ling Mian Fang offers is a cleaner and spacious seating for its customers.
Lorong Macalister Old couple's cendul is cheaper with RM2.00 per bowl. I like this version. Not too waterly and still can feel the ice. Credit go to the red bean. It is delicious but did they ROAST the red bean?? How come taste so good and special!!

The snug cafe has a pretty cool ambiance, in shades of wooden beam covering the brick wall, adorned with various bric-a-brac.
The price, however, seems to be slightly higher than most Koay Teow Th'ngs in town.
The bar has quite an extensive list of alcoholic drinks, ranging from the commonly found Beers to Inch's very own creations, carefully curated to complement the nibbles and light dishes.
Choices are aplenty though not as extensive as some establishments in town but this particular buffet theme is definitely well-designed for meat lovers.
