Overall it is certainly a great place to hang out with friends for a chat. I admire the way they decorate the place, with some pictures / postcards / paintings etc.

Its a pretty good place for steamboat if you are willing to dig a bit more into your pocket.
This restaurant is famous for its ribs and steak.
PauPau @ Smoky Jack Ribs & Steak House, Upper Penang Road (Cont.)
The place has a clear and straight-forward menu; not the fancy Thai-seafood menu but rather, traditional and authentic Thai delicacies and desserts. A place most suitable for family dine out.
This restaurant is operated by a Hainanese, while the food is cooked by a Hainanese chef too. The menu of this restaurant brings a selection of Hainanese specialties and some western-style dishes.
Quite similar to nyonya food but not as many spices in it.
ALL had rice while I opted for noodles. ALL enjoyed her bowl of rice but I found that my plate of wonton noodles was a bit too salty. The duck meat was quite good, but I wished that my wonton was better. Found that it was quite dry and the filing inside was 'cold'.. hmm...
The Hong Kong-based brand is not new for those in the know; Salon Du Chocolat is well-known for serving premium and fine Chocolate desserts as well as their home-made Pralines and Chocolate bites. The place has a minimal yet elegant interior decor- comfortable and snug.
The place has exactly the same setting just like any other Maxim branches but the strategic location in the heartland of Georgetown adds a delightful joy, where diners can slowly enjoy the Dim Sum dishes, sipping on the hot Chinese Tea and watching the cars driving past the bustling Penang Road.
The place has a standard cafe setting but find the seats on the second floor so one needs to traipse the steep flight of stairs before securing a seat... though choices are pretty limited but we thought it could be a cozy, quiet place to chill with friends.
Located in Chow Thye Road away from the buzzing Burma Road is a new European style wine bar, aptly named That Little Wine Bar!
Chef Tommes succeeded in instilling culinary memories with the cutting edge menu that cost RM198 per person. It will be interesting trying the repertoire of dishes that he will be preparing for That Little Wine Bar in time to come.
A new place that Coffee connoisseurs might want to visit, Easy Brew Cafe gathers Coffee Beans from different parts of the world.
However, after this meal, I may reconsider and check out other outlets when I see one next time. hehe... keeping my fingers crossed...hehe..
Interior decor is minimalist, nothing fancy, no frills; but we could tell that the competitive advantage of D' Chef Dining will be the honed culinary skills of Chef Davine and her masterpiece, every single dish is a work of art.
